FEATURES:
rnThe project involved the construction of the new facility for EPET No. 21, located in the city of San Martín de los Andes, approximately 1,800 meters northwest of the urban area, with a total surface area of 3,400 m².
rnTaking advantage of the site's length and slope, the building was developed on two levels: the educational area is accessed at grade from the main entrance, while the workshop area is reached by descending a ramp that follows the natural slope of the terrain.
rnThe construction system adopted was reinforced concrete, composed of slabs, columns, beams, and floors, complying with the current regulations of the area.
rnThe roofing was built with a structure of trusses and metal purlins, finished with No. 25 gauge corrugated galvanized steel sheets.

INSTALLATIONS:
rnThe following systems were installed: cold and hot water supply, stormwater and sewage drainage, electricity, gas, heating, compressed air, voice and data networks, fire protection systems, security systems, irrigation, and landscaping.
