rnVice Governor Ana Pechen stated that this process "is the realization of agreements and promises within the framework of commitment to the people." She noted that the province is experiencing "a difficult economic situation, but through an austere plan and by addressing the primary needs of the population, efforts are being made on initiatives such as this project, which aims to bring the modules into operation, protecting the environment and providing services to the area." Pechen emphasized that the proposal "includes technological and environmental aspects, including fencing the premises, reforesting it, and transforming it into a green space so that society understands that the recovery of areas contributes to health and to a pleasant living environment."
